Payments for Rincaanime Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on rincaanime.homes.

• This payment page at Rincaanime Atelier is scoped separately from our other service notes on this site.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Switzerland norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Zürich unless otherwise stated.

Our custom clothing desk explains payment before tools leave the shelf and we keep Switzerland holiday closures noted on the door card. Ask for the custom clothing lead if the queue splits Desk near Niederdorfstrasse 93.

Returning visitors can skip the full custom clothing intake when notes are on file with custom clothing tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Reference the custom clothing page name if emailing a follow-up.
